DNA Architects has been chosen to design the facade and interior of a luxurious private residence in Kowloon Tong.

 

The house spans 9095 square foot across three levels. With a modern classic facade the design includes a signature balcony that seamlessly connects the exterior and interior spaces. A unique feature of the design is the handcrafted bronze balustrade which allows plants to climb up and add a touch of greenery to the structure.
