DNA Architects was chosen to oversee the project management and design the interior of a 27-story tower in Kennedy Town.

The focus of the design was to create a feeling of being on a yacht sailing out to sea with all 96 apartments offering stunning views of the Victoria Harbour. Our team meticulously designed the interiors of the 96 proprietary apartments, typical lift lobby and clubhouse to enhance the overall luxury and nautical theme of the building.

This project has achieved remarkable recognition in the design industry. DNA Architects recently won the Gold Medal at both the Muse Design Awards and the Titan Property Awards.
